This software package is a Matlab implementation of the Analysis SimCO dictionary learning algorithms (including primitive Analysis SimCO and Incoherent Analysis SimCO) and a comparison with several baseline analysis dictionary learning algorithms such as Analysis K-SVD, LOST, GOAL, AOL, TK-SVD, etc.
The folder "ASimCO" contains the following three sub-folders:-
Core_files: contains the implementation of the Analysis SimCO algorithms as well as some baseline algorithms compared in the reference given below.
Sample_test: contains two examples on how to use the Analysis SimCO algorithms - one for image denoising, and the other for dictionary recovery for synthetically generated data.
Test_files: containts the comprehensive tests performed for generating the results in the paper referenced below.
More details can be found in the following paper:
The codes & data have also been deposited to http://dx.doi.org/10.15126/surreydata.00808101.
